Please note that deposits are required when scheduling online to support our 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy helps us ensure that pets in need get the care they deserve. When cancellations are made with short notice, it can prevent another pet—possibly in urgent need—from being seen. Our goal is to help as many pets as possible, including keeping them out of the ER whenever we can.
